Can I use Nabsy without an account?
Yes. The whole core experience — lists, items, categories, folders, templates, recipes — works on-device with no account. Sign in only if you want sync across your devices or to share lists with others.
How does sync work when I'm offline?
Nabsy is local-first. Every change is written to your device immediately and queued in an outbox. The moment you're online, the outbox drains in the background. You'll never see a spinner waiting on the cloud.
How do I share a list with my family?
Open the list → menu → Share. Nabsy creates a link (and a short access code when needed). Send it to anyone — they don't need to pay. As the owner, you control roles (owner / editor / viewer) and can revoke the link any time.
I lost my phone. How do I get my lists back?
If you were signed in and sync was enabled, install Nabsy on your new phone and sign in with the same provider. Your lists, categories, templates, and shared lists will sync down. If you were using Nabsy entirely offline (no sign-in), local-only lists are not recoverable — they lived only on the lost device.
Why isn't my push notification arriving?
Check three things: 1) Notifications are enabled in your phone's system settings for Nabsy. 2) In-app notifications are on for the specific list (some lists are muted by default if you've opted out at the family level). 3) You're not currently viewing the list — Nabsy intentionally doesn't push for lists you're actively looking at.
How do I cancel or restore a subscription?
Manage and cancel Nabsy Premium from iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. To restore on a new device, open Nabsy → Settings → Restore Purchases.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. We delete or anonymize your sync data within 30 days. Your on-device lists stay until you uninstall the app or wipe them manually.
I found a bug. Where should I report it?
Email support@nabsy.app with what happened, what you expected, and (if you can) a screenshot. If it's a security issue, please use security@nabsy.app instead so we can prioritize.
